Course Description

This course provides the knowledge and skills to become a successful fire department officer, including leadership, human resources, administration and ethics, pre-incident planning, fire safety inspections, fire fighter health and safety, and emergency services delivery.

Prerequisites

ICS 100

Fire Fighting Level II

Emergency Services Instructor Level I

Must be an active member of the Manitoba Fire Service
